The list below outlines the issues fixed by
Linking a SoMachine Motion XML symbol file that is incorrectly formatted caused Vijeo Designer to exit abruptly. An error message now appears for this issue.
Opening the revision history of projects created in Vijeo Designer 4.7 or earlier caused Vijeo Designer to exit abruptly. This issue is now resolved and you can open the revision history of older projects.
When the Download Option was changed to other settings and the project saved and closed, at project re-open, the value of the Download Option was changed back to its default value, Ethernet. This issue is now resolved and the Download Option no longer changes back to its default value.
Previously, when a switch action opened two popup panels at the centered position, it created an error. This issue is now resolved.
Stylus configuration tool on a HMISTU855 used to incorrectly map the size of the screen for touch input. Users can now properly calibrate the HMISTU855 touch screen.
Using a custom splash image with a higher resolution than the target

Previously, selecting a new Color Resource for a switch did not refresh the Switch Setting dialog box. The Switch Settings dialog box now immediately refreshes with the selected colors.
Previously, when you used an alarm group or category as an action trigger, renaming it resulted in an error during project compilation. This issue is now resolved and the new name is updated in the trigger; as a result, the project compiles successfully.

Vijeo-Designer Portuguese edition ended when changing the size of an array variable in the Variable Properties window. You can now change array sizes in the Portuguese edition.

When the Global Alarm banner was enabled, the error message dialog box kept appearing even if it was disabled in the Alarm Group Settings. Now, the error message does not appear when it is disabled, regardless of the state of the Global Alarm banner.

for the first email operation. This feature is now fixed and all of the
email form operations are sent successfully.
The SysTimeRTCSet function can now set the real-time clock in Vijeo Designer.
Previously, copying an empty string from an internal string variable to an external unallocated variable on PLC did not work. This issue is now resolved and the copied empty string is now entered into the PLC registry.
In a multi-drop setting, when one of the PLCs was not connected to the
driver, it affected the performance of read/write operations to other
connected PLCs. The performance in now improved.
When more than one HMISTU connected to a PLC using MPI/PPI driver, a communication error message appeared. The communication error no longer occurs.
An alarm's triggered action, loaded from the backup, caused the run time to remain in the loading screen. This issue is now resolved.
Previously, when SRAM records were saved to a file, no data were logged which created data gaps in the log file. Now, all data are captured in the log file.
Previously, an image used from a resource library had less color depth than the same image used in an image display. Now, an image used from a resource library has the same quality as an image display.
To ensure reliable communication over a long cable in RS485 network, the Modbus Polarization is now enabled in the Modbus RTU driver.
While saving Event logs into the backup storage when the number of Records in SRAM reached its maximum, the run time missed the new event data. This issue is now resolved.
Previously, the Message Display's Change-On-Enter keypad changed the value of a variable when the state changed. Now, the Change-On-Enter keypad changes the variable value when you press the Enter button.
When you acknowledged or deleted an alarm, the new alarms did not show
in the Alarm Summary Active column.
Previously, the Modbus RTU Slave prevented users from entering values for REAL variables from the MASTER side. You can now enter REAL variable values from the MASTER side.
Occasionally, the Numeric Display did not display the input cursor when you decreased the value of the Input Trigger. Now, the input cursor displays correctly.
Previously, HMI could not reconnect to the Siemens PPI PLC once the COM cable was disconnected. Communication can now resume if the cable is reconnected.
Touching a "Momentary On" button in WebGate and simultaneously performing a right-click action used to cause the "Momentary On" button to latch and stay depressed. Button will now release on right-click.
XBT GK target machines used to only display a numeric keypad for the login screen. Now, an alphanumeric keypad displays at login.
Previously, if you downloaded over the Ethernet to add an image to an existing project on the secondary drive, the run time would exit abruptly. You can now download projects successfully to the secondary drive.
Changing the number of SRAM records used to cause the run time to exit abruptly. You can now change the SRAM settings without causing the run time to exit.
If you simultaneously took a snapshot of events when new events were being written to SRAM, the run time used to exit abruptly. Now, these two events will not run simultaneously.
If you had set up the Modbus Master device driver and enabled data sharing, starting up the data-sharing master before a data-sharing client caused initialization issues. You can now run the data-sharing master without concern regarding the startup sequence with data-sharing clients.
When displaying bits from a IODDT word variable, the displayed value was incorrect. This issue has now been resolved so that individual bits in a IODDT word display correctly.
When adding to the user application retentive variables or other data residing in SRAM, the run time used to crash if the Delete All Runtime Data check box was cleared in the download settings. You can now add new data successfully during download.
Printing a form containing a Modbus 3000x register resulted with an "Attempted IO Operation (write)" error. This error does not appear in this scenario anymore.
XBT GT1100 series is now able to communicate using the Uni-Telway protocol.
